Description

When you launch Soundpad, then it automatically starts the additional executable SoundpadService.exe, which handles Hotkeys and Auto Keys. This error code is shown if SoundpadService.exe couldn't be started. Hotkeys and Auto Keys won't work as long as the service isn't running.

Solution

Run Soundpad and select Help ▶ Show log from the menu. You should see a log entry, that mentions the Soundpad Service with an error code and an error description. Contact us with the error code of the log entry, so we can analyse the actual cause of the problem.
