2. Enter your order number.

If you used the PayPal checkout, then your money will be refunded automatically. If you used the FastSpring checkout, then we'll open a refund case in their system and you will receive further information from FastSpring.

Conditions

• You did not receive your serial number.
• The purchase must not be older than 14 days.
