Select the correct device
  1. Open the sound recorder at Window1 > Sound recorder2 or with Ctrl+R
  2. Select speakers3 to record what you hear or
  3. Select microphone4 to record yourself

  1. File1 > Preferences2 > Devices3
  2. Select Default4 or the headphones/speakers, that you are currently using
