Description

It shouldn't be possible, that you see that particular error code, except you aren't running the official Soundpad or your system is kind of corrupted. The error code means "CoInitialize has not been called", but CoInitialize is certainly called when it is needed.

Solutions

Uninstall Soundpad, download it from here or through Steam and install it again.

If it doesn't fix the problem, then you can try to validate the integrity of your Windows installation with Microsoft's sfc and dism tools. Maybe that helps.
