Description

This error code is shown when you try to play or edit a file, that cannot be decoded. It particularly occurs with mp4 video files, where the duration attribute of the audio stream is missing. The duration is displayed as 0:00 after adding them to Soundpad.

Solution

To be able to play these files with Soundpad, you need to convert them first to one of the supported formats like mp3 or m4a. You need additional converter software to accomplish this task, or you can use an online audio converter service.
